A new space for parents and carers of neurodivergent children, young people and adults

Being the parent or carer of a neurodivergent child or teen can be joyful, messy, confusing, and isolating – sometimes all at once. That’s why we’re introducing a new Family Support programme, led by Yasodha Rajadurai, to provide a space that centres your experience and gives you the tools, community, and confidence to navigate it.

This pilot programme is a first step in expanding our support for families – and we’re excited to share it with you.

What is the Family Support Programme?

Led by neurodiversity and parent support coach Yasodha Rajadurai, this programme is designed for parents, carers, and guardians of neurodivergent children and young people.

It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and connect – with yourself, with others walking a similar path, and with new strategies grounded in empathy and inclusion.

What's Included:
  • Group coaching sessions (small, supportive groups)
  • Parent/carer-focused resources and tools
  • Guided reflection activities
  • Space to ask questions without judgment
  • Opportunities to share experiences and learn together

This is a pilot, which means we’re keeping it small and flexible so we can learn from participants and shape future offerings based on your feedback.

Who It's For

This programme is open to:

  • Parents and carers of autistic and/or otherwise neurodivergent children or teens
  • Those awaiting assessment, recently diagnosed, or long-term on this journey
  • Anyone looking for non-judgemental, culturally sensitive support and community

You don’t need a formal diagnosis or the perfect words to describe what’s going on. If you’re showing up for a neurodivergent young person and want support, this is for you.

Why we’re launching this pilot

At NeuroTribe UK, we’ve seen how often families are left out of the support conversation – or given advice that doesn’t fit their reality.

We want to change that. This pilot is our way of exploring what meaningful, sustainable family support could look like – designed with input from the people who need it most.

Want to take part?

We’re currently welcoming expressions of interest for the pilot, with limited places available to ensure the space remains safe and supportive. If you’d like to find out more or register your interest, please fill out the form or get in touch using the buttons below.
