We typically ask for an initial commitment of eight to twelve weekly sessions. This helps to build a strong therapeutic relationship and supports progress. After this period, we can discuss whether bi-weekly or (in some cases) monthly sessions are suitable for you.
If weekly sessions are not possible, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your options. We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different and will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
