Course Structure

The training includes a blend of in-person and online workshops, followed by three group supervision and practice sessions. It begins with two full days of in-person workshops in London, where participants will develop core facilitation skills. This is followed by nine virtual modules exploring trauma-informed practice and advanced facilitation techniques, delivered over several weeks. After completing the training, participants will have access to three two-hour supervision and practice sessions, providing space to reflect, ask questions, and apply what they’ve learned in real-world settings.

In-Person Workshops

The training begins with two days of in-person workshops in London, led by Julia Slay from Facilitation 101. These sessions will introduce key facilitation principles, equipping participants with practical skills to create engaging, inclusive and well-structured group experiences:

These online sessions will be co-facilitated by team members from both Facilitation 101 and NeuroTribe UK, providing a supportive space to deepen your understanding and build confidence in trauma-informed facilitation.
