Are you a creative integrative psychotherapist with a passion for making a difference? NeuroTribe UK is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our dynamic team on a self-employed, work-from-home basis.

• The ideal candidate will be able to integrate contextual behavioural strategies (such as ACT) with creative practice and/or somatic approaches.
• Must be competent in delivering trauma-focussed therapy online, and able to demonstrate a commitment to anti-oppressive, neurodivergent-affirming practice.
• Must have lived experience of neurodivergence, or be able to demonstrate extensive professional experience in this area. If you do not consider yourself to be neurodivergentAn individual whose brain functions differently from the (usually neurotypical) perception of what is “normal”. For example, an individual with autism, Asperger’s syndrome, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, ADHD, OCD or Tourette Syndrome. but are the parent-carer of neurodivergentAn individual whose brain functions differently from the (usually neurotypical) perception of what is “normal”. • Must be willing to offer therapy services on a sliding scaleWhen fees or prices vary depending on another condition. For example, when prices are reduced for people on a low income, or who are students. fee basis and be willing to attend monthly supervision with our in-house supervision team.

We particularly welcome applications from male counsellors with lived experience of ADHD and/or autismA complex developmental condition which can significantly affect verbal and non-verbal communication and social interaction in a range of ways. as such therapists are under-represented in our profession and within our organisation. Candidates who use computer gaming as a therapeutic tool are very welcome to apply.
